Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

 Lead the transformation of market and shopper data into actionable insights that influence commercial agendas and drive better business decisions. The role requires strong analytical and storytelling capabilities, deep Nielsen expertise, and the ability to connect multiple data sources to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to key business stakeholders.

Your Impact  

As Analista Sr de Des de Ventas your responsibilities would consist of … 

Lead the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and provide valuable insights into customer needs and behaviors. Market research master.

Responsible for follow up on shopper and market trends into convincing business transformational agendas
Connecting tools, digitization agenda to improve executions and performance by using (Strong proficiency in Nielsen tools is essential.) at the POS

Oversee the gathering, analysis, interpretation and presentation of consumer, market, and business data to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, to accelerate demand and SOM.
Collaborate by recommendations based on channel business questions by using all market data information, with sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Catman and other key departments to ensure insights are integrated into business planning and decision-making processes.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations, showcasing insights and key findings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Coordinate the daily business activities including but not limited to administrative activities, contact with agencies Ad hoc studies and Traditional trade teams interactions
Coordinate the execution of actions plans coming from the analysis of different sources of information as KWP, Nielsen, Adhocs studies, Euromonitor, etc

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

Bachelor’s degree (International Business, Marketing, Administration and or Industrial Engineer)
At least 2 years of experience in Market Research / consumer/ shopper Insights.
Strong expertise in Ad-Hoc research methodologies and market intelligence tools (Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor), with Nielsen proficiency being a critical requirement for the role.
Proven results in the delivery of actionable recommendations by combining diverse sources of information
Proficiency of the english language
Office tools (Word, Power Point, advanced Excel, Use of pivot tables and optimization tools)
