- This position is accountable to the Program Director of the inpatient rehabilitation program. The main job duties are: 1.) to respond to, and carry
- out, pre-admission screenings for patients referred to the rehabilitation program, 2.). to assist in entering referral and admission data into a
- database, 3) compile monthly and quarterly trend reports and analyzes the data with recommendations for improvement or continued success and
- 4) to provide education regarding inpatient rehabilitation to a variety of stakeholders, 5) has the overall responsibility of evaluating and consulting
- with PM&R physician in determining if patients meet criteria for admission to Acute Inpatient Rehab
