• Manage and oversee daily shipping and receiving operations;
• Coordinate departmental activities with Logistics, Lab, Operations, Order Entry, Maintenance, and other internal teams;
• Review, maintain, and update inventory within appropriate systems and databases;
• Maintain consumable inventory
• Monitor facility and departmental performance and provide assistance where needed;
• Perform Facility Security Officer duties, including planning, training, drills, and reporting;
• Purchase departmental supplies and services as needed;
• Maintain departmental compliance with ISO requirements
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary activities for department personnel;
• Coordinate and provide training to department employees;
• Maintain and support applicable facility and departmental permits;
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements;
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of college education or specialized training required;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred;
• Previous experience within shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or a related operational environment;
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively coordinate activities across multiple departments;
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and documentation;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment.
