In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives by partnering with employees and cross-functional teams to promote a positive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Analyze hazard assessments, environmental aspects, risk evaluations, audit findings, and performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Develop, manage, and implement HSE projects, including project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and success metrics.

Track and communicate project progress, manage project risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery of HSE objectives.

Drive continuous improvement by applying the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to reduce risks and enhance site performance.

Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, training materials, tools, and resources while ensuring document control and data privacy compliance.

Lead training sessions, coach employees and team members on HSE processes, and support professional development across the organization.

Support Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems through audits, compliance activities, innovative risk-reduction solutions, and adoption of industry best practices.
