The Mission:
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially experienced leader to shape and accelerate the global commercial and go-to-market agenda for Logitech’s Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) business.
In this highly visible global role, with stakeholders across organisations, functions and levels, you will strongly influence the PWS strategic agenda and work closely with business unit partners, central marketing, regions and global leadership to drive key PWS strategies, annual planning and identify key commercial business opportunities that help PWS grow faster in a more effective way.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape Global Commercial & GTM Strategy: Drive and co-ordinate PWS global B2C commercial and go-to-market strategies, priorities, and KPIs, in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Lead Global Business Planning (within Business Group): Own the annual PWS business planning process within the Business Group (together with Finance) and in close collaboration with the regions, translating strategic ambitions into clear priorities, investments and execution plans.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Centrally lead analysis of business performance across categories and channels. Identify the drivers behind growth, market share or execution gaps and turn insights into clear action plans.
- Set Priorities & Investment Choices: Determine where PWS should focus resources and spending to maximize growth and commercial impact (in close collaboration across departments and organisations).
- Benchmark & Scale What Works: Lead the establishment of global benchmarking across key commercial KPIs, identify winning practices and drive their reapplication across regions.
- Connect Global, Category & Regional Teams: Act as the overarching X-PWS commercial point of contact for Logitech’s six regions, helping solve X-PWS commercial and GTM issues..
- Lead Executive Business Reviews: Lead total PWS commercial performance reviews and quarterly business updates, translating complex performance into clear insights, choices and actions.
Who You Are:

- 15+ years of experience in commercial, go-to-market, business management leadership roles.
- Experience in blue chip companies in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, Lifestyle or other fast-moving global B2C environments
- A proven track record of managing complex businesses ideally globally or at least across multiple regions and across multiple categories or portfolios.
- Strong P&L and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of revenue, growth, market share, profitability and investment choices.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to move quickly from data and complexity to the clear insights and actions that matter.
- Demonstrated success navigating a global matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams across functions and geographies.
- Experience operating in highly competitive environments, diagnosing commercial performance issues and building pragmatic growth or defense plans.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, combined with a highly collaborative and influential leadership style.
- Significant international experience and fluency in English. Strong executive presence, comfortable presenting business insights and recommendations to C-level leaders.
