As our B2B Event & Advocacy Specialist (M/F/D), you will deliver impactful retailer events and advocacy initiatives that strengthen engagement and position PMI as the preferred business partner.
Impact You'll Own
- Strengthen retailer engagement and advocacy
- Build long-term retailer partnerships
- Enhance the quality of B2B experiences
- Increase transparency across event activities
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute B2B events across Austria
- Manage agencies, vendors, and event partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support retailer advocacy programs
- Prepare project updates and communications
- Maintain the B2B Events SharePoint
- Coordinate on-site event delivery
Skills & Capabilities
- 1-3 years of experience in Event Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Support or a related field
- Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Sales or a similar discipline
- Event and stakeholder management experience as well as strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Hands-on, proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
