Global IT Service Management Internship | Curricular Internship | Start date: December 2026 | Milan
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global IT Operations
team. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects alongside global stakeholders, gaining a broad understanding of how a large-scale IT organization operates.

You'll be in charge of:
• Supporting global initiatives aimed at improving IT services, operational governance and user experience
across Amplifon markets.
• Collaborating with international teams to monitor service performance and identify opportunities for
continuous improvement.
• Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and dashboards for global stakeholders and IT leadership
teams.
• Contributing to the coordination of operational activities involving different functions, countries and external
partners.
• Supporting the management and follow-up of projects and initiatives related to IT Operations and Digital
Transformation.
You are the right person if you:
- Have a background in Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams. Knowledge of Italian is a nice to have.
- Are passionate about technology, digital innovation and problem solving.
- Possess a good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Are analytical, curious and eager to learn.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive.

- 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
- €1,000 as monthly gross reimbursement.
- Full-time experience. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team
you'll be working with!).
