Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies that drive demand generation, account engagement, pipeline growth and revenue contribution across Turkey. The role translates regional and global marketing priorities into local GTM plans, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM), digital demand generation and customer lifecycle programs. Working closely with sales, category, channel and alliance teams, the role drives marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline while optimizing customer engagement across target accounts and segments.

Strategic Planning & Go-to-Market:

• Translates global and regional commercial marketing strategies into local marketing plans, budgets, KPIs and execution roadmaps.
• Develops integrated GTM plans for priority business categories, solutions and customer segments
• Collaborates with sales leadership, category teams and channel organizations to align marketing programs with business priorities and revenue objectives.
   

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:

• Owns demand generation strategy and execution across digital, partner, event, content, and outbound marketing channels.
• Drives marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline through lead acquisition, nurture, conversion and acceleration programs.
• Defines lead generation targets and manages campaign performance to deliver qualified leads, pipeline and revenue impact.
• Partners closely with sales teams to establish lead management processes, follow-up SLAs and reporting frameworks.
   

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

• Develops and executes account-based marketing programs for strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Designs personalized engagement programs to increase account penetration and pipeline creation.
• Builds multi-touch, multi-channel engagement strategies tailored to key decision makers and buying groups.
• Measures ABM effectiveness through account engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and account progression metrics.
   

Data, Analytics & Optimization:

• Defines and tracks KPIs across lead generation, account engagement, marketing ROI, pipeline contribution and revenue influence.
• Leverages CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
• Uses customer insights, intent signals and market intelligence to refine segmentation, targeting and marketing investments
• Drives continuous testing and optimization across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars and digital campaigns.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for customer data management.
   

Education & Experience Recommended:

• Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• Typically 7-9 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, commercial marketing, account-based marketing, channel marketing or related fields.
• Experience working closely with sales organizations and driving measurable pipeline growth.
• Experience managing marketing automation, CRM platforms and data-driven campaign execution.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
