Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Facility Manager. Responsibilities will include the implementation and management of the Fortress Downhole Tools Cyclops Setting Tool Recycling program, including the coordination, performance, and execution of Fortress processes and procedures. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress supplied products meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools.
NOV Fortress Downhole Tools is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Jourdanton, TX location! In this role, the Operations Supervisor will lead the implementation and management of the Fortress Downhole Tools Cyclops Setting Tool Recycling Program.
Key responsibilities
include coordinating and executing Fortress processes and procedures, overseeing operational performance, and ensuring that all Fortress-supplied products meet or exceed customer requirements. This position plays an important role in maintaining the quality, reliability, and standard of excellence that customers expect from Fortress Downhole Tools.
