Software Business Analyst to bridge global stakeholders and our engineering team—translating business needs into clear requirements, driving software process, and keeping delivery on track across distributed teams.
As part of our expanding global engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting applications used across multiple sites worldwide. You will work closely with a California-based team, including a night-shift group aligned with your time zone, enabling seamless collaboration and continuous progress.
We are looking for a business analyst who values teamwork and has experience working alongside development teams, gathering requirements, and helping move complex applications forward. This is not a message-passing role—success in this position requires building a genuine understanding of how our applications work and behave, so you can translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineers.
You will partner with stakeholders to understand their goals, document requests with the right level of detail, and help the development team deliver against them. You will also help facilitate our software process—tracking progress, surfacing and clearing blockers, and keeping work aligned. While this role is not primarily a coding role, a working understanding of modern application stacks (such as React and Tailwind on the frontend, and Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs on the backend) will help you communicate effectively with engineers and ask the right questions.
