Job Overview:

The Manager - Field QHSES Assurance is responsible for conducting independent field-based assurance assessments that provide objective insight into the effectiveness of project controls, leadership oversight, and management system implementation.

The role directly contributes to business success by identifying risks before they result in incidents, quality escapes, environmental impacts, security events, regulatory non-compliance, schedule disruption, or reputational damage. Through independent assurance, risk-based analysis, leadership engagement, and coaching, the position helps improve project performance, strengthen accountability, enhance operational resilience, and support informed leadership decision-making. The role delivers value by ensuring that management systems are not only compliant on paper but effective in practice, enabling projects to achieve safe, reliable, compliant, and first-time-right.

The Manager QHSES Assurance Manages professional employees and supervisors and is accountable for the performance and results of the QHSES Assurance group. The role will address resource and operational challenges by appropriately adapting departmental plans and priorities.
