Job Summary
The Digital Media Planner/Exec will provide temporary external support to the PH Marketing team and Paid Media team. The role focuses on digital media planning and recommendations for the Deliveries verticals, translating business objectives into media objectives, audience strategy, channel mix, budget allocation and measurement approaches. The role also uses data-driven insights to improve campaign efficiency and return on investment. This is a planning-led role, with platform operations managed by agencies or other partners.
The role will work with the PH Marketing team, agencies, publishers and internal stakeholders to develop digital media plans and recommendations that support Deliveries growth. The role connects media strategy to practical recommendations by translating business objectives into media objectives, audience strategies, channel recommendations, budget allocations and measurement approaches. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, analytical and comfortable managing multiple planning workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Develop digital media plans and recommendations for Philippines Deliveries growth .
Translate business objectives into media objectives, audience strategies, channel mix, budget allocations, flighting and measurement approaches.
Recommend effective approaches across self-serve digital platforms and third-party open-exchange partners.
Review campaign and business performance data to identify insights, improve media efficiency and maximise return on investment.
Coordinate with agencies, publishers and internal stakeholders to align media plans, campaign briefs, recommendations and timelines.
Prepare regular media performance reviews that connect media delivery and meaningful sessions to broader downstream business outcomes.
Support integrated paid media planning across other verticals when required.
Eligibility Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in digital media planning, performance marketing, paid media strategy or a related field.
Experience independently developing media plans or recommendations for a defined business area or portfolio.
Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including audience strategy, channel selection, budget allocation, flighting, reach and frequency, and measurement.
Experience planning digital campaigns across self-serve platforms and third-party open-exchange or programmatic partners.
Ability to translate business objectives into clear media recommendations and use data-driven insights to maximise campaign efficiency and return on investment.
Ability to analyse media and business performance data and present clear insights using Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
Experience working with media agencies, publishers and internal stakeholders to align plans and recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager from a planning or optimisation perspective.
Experience with programmatic platforms, DV360, DSPs or third-party open-exchange partners.
Strong knowledge of the Philippines digital media and advertising landscape.
Experience supporting campaigns for a consumer technology, ecommerce, retail or platform business
