About the Team & Business Line
Citco is a global leader in asset servicing, and our Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) Onboarding Team plays an important role in helping new clients get off to a strong start. We coordinate the accurate and timely setup of client and company information, enabling our company administration teams to support clients effectively from day one.
You will join a collaborative team that works closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth, accurate and positive onboarding experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client onboarding, corporate documentation and international business operations.
Your Role:
Support day-to-day onboarding coordination, including tracking tasks, deadlines and progress updates.
Collect, review and maintain accurate client and corporate information in internal systems.
Assist with KYC checks, bank account openings and other client setup activities.
Join client calls and team meetings, record next steps and keep shared materials up to date.
Test internal tools and share ideas for improvement.
About You:
You are a final-year student in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
You are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
You communicate confidently in English and are motivated to learn in an international environment.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
39h/week (Full-time) during office hours for 3 months.
