- Follow up on all transactions in MOHRE and GDRFA
- Emirates ID and Medical renewal and follow up
- Domestic Visas through Tadbeer Center -Deporting process
- Official car arrangements for the Chairman’s private requirements
- Managing Bank Car, maintenance of vehicle, registration, and renewal on time
- Always Willing to take more responsibleness and aligned with assigned tasks
- Attestation of documents for Dubai Municipality, RAK Municipality and all action for regulatory related as tasks assigned by Unit Manager
- Ensure adherence to the guidelines of the regulatory authorities
- As a Government Relations Officer to develop good relationship with Government officials to ensure effective results.
- Affection plan renewal and follow up with RE and Property unit
- Abu Dhabi Immigration and external entities coordination
- Immigration related action on time and follow up for renewal , cancellation and transfer visa related activities
- MIS Tracker updates for all day to day tasks

- Extending support and services with quality and framework within allotted time.
- As a service provider, always keep good relationships with both external and internal customers.
Problem Solving:-
- Extend support to ensure solution within turn around time.
Decision Making Authority & Responsibility: -
- Internal, external customers handling Mashreq assigned activities, turnaround time to ensure solution for the complaints, proactive for problems required urgent action
- Should be polite and presentable.
- Experience in PR , Immigration, MOHRE functions.
- Pre-school certificate.
- Bio-lingual with excellent command in Arabic.
- Must be able to work under pressure with short/challenging deadlines
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office , Word , PowerPoint and internet Browsing
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
