Job Summary
As an intern on the Accounting team, you will be exposed to our business and learn how the accounting functions support the success of our business. The internship will be designed to deliver experiences across multiple accounting functions, such as general ledger and month-end closing, fixed assets, lease accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, income tax, financial reporting, and internal controls. As you progress through the internship experience, you will become a member of these teams, assisting them in their day-to-day activities, learning the fundamentals of these accounting functions and the value they deliver, and participating in process improvement or transformation projects that are in flight.

A successful intern will be flexible, have the design to learn multiple facets of the businesss, and be willing to work in different functional areas.
Essential Functions

Assist with various tasks and projects assigned by supervisor and team members.
Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects or initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies.
Participate in team meetings and provide input or suggestions as appropriate.
Support the development and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
Adhere to company policy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Seek opportunities to learn and grow in field of interest.
Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently ad within specified deadlines.
May perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Attend/complete training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.
