Global Business Owner, Global Supply Chain
Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Global Business Owner, Global Supply Chain to be based in Ballerup, Denmark
In this role, you will lead Global Supply Chain through our global ERP transformation, making sure new processes, systems and ways of working are adopted and deliver real business value. You will report to the Global Operations Program Director and work closely with Global Process Owners, site leadership, IT, Finance, Quality and implementation partners across Denmark, Malaysia, China, the US and Mexico.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a major global transformation and see it through from design to lasting adoption. It will suit an experienced supply chain leader who enjoys bridging business and technology and driving change at scale.
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Owning the transformation roadmap, target operating model and benefit case for Global Supply Chain
- Representing Global Supply Chain in program governance and making timely decisions
- Driving adoption, change management and deployment readiness across sites
- Ensuring processes, data and systems meet quality and regulatory requirements
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:
- Have 10+ years of leadership experience within Global Supply Chain
- Have led large-scale business or ERP-enabled transformation initiatives
- Have experience working across global organizations and sites
- Come from manufacturing, medical devices, life sciences or another regulated industry
- Have built business cases and delivered measurable improvements
- Have strong executive presence and can influence across functions and sites
- Understand ERP-enabled processes and are flexible to travel internationally
