About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner – Retail & CPG to lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee the delivery of high-impact AI, Data, Analytics, Generative AI, and cloud-native transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), along with the ability to engage senior executives, identify business opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
This is an opportunity to work with senior business and technology leaders and help organizations move beyond traditional analytics toward AI-led business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall responsibility for client relationships, account management, delivery, and account growth.
- Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and demonstrate business value.
- Develop strategic AI, Data, and Analytics roadmaps by identifying key business challenges, opportunities, and high-value use cases.
- Identify and shape opportunities around Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, and cloud-native data platforms.
- Scale pilots and POCs into long-term, transformative AI and data programs.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting leaders to develop POVs, proposals, solution approaches, and account expansion strategies.
- Apply AI, data science, advanced analytics, and modern data platforms to solve complex business challenges in the Retail & CPG domain.
- Build and expand strategic relationships across existing and new accounts.
- Lead and mentor data, analytics, and consulting professionals while working closely with client stakeholders.
- Partner with globally distributed teams to translate client business needs into effective solution and delivery strategies.
- Own client presentations, executive discussions, project governance, expectation setting, and overall relationship management.
- Drive continuous value realization, revenue growth, and account expansion.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and help clients identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and cloud-native data platforms for business transformation.
Requirements
- Must have: 14+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, technology consulting, or related consulting services.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale analytics, data, or AI transformation programs.
- Strong experience managing strategic accounts and driving account growth and revenue expansion.
- Prior P&L ownership is preferred.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding and experience in the Retail & CPG industry is highly preferred.
- Experience selling or delivering AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Platforms, Generative AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong business problem-solving, consulting, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into data- and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying and converting opportunities into long-term client engagements.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across major cities in Mexico.
- Degree in a quantitative field, with MBA preferred.
