The Corporate HR Generalist provides comprehensive Human Resources support for Corporate, Innovation Center, and designated functional North American employee populations. This role serves as a key resource for employee lifecycle administration, Oracle HCM transactions, recruiting coordination, onboarding, timekeeping support, data integrity, employee engagement initiatives, and HR compliance activities.
