KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Mapping & Target Research

Identify and prioritize target accounts aligned with Adora's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Research organizations and map decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees.

Build and maintain account plans that support pipeline growth initiatives.

Monitor market activity, buying signals, and account triggers.

Multi-Channel Outreach Execution

Design and execute outreach cadences across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Deliver personalized messaging tailored to each prospect and account.

Coordinate outreach strategies that generate interest and secure introductory meetings.

Continuously optimize messaging and cadences based on performance metrics.

CRM & Audience Management

Own the quality and integrity of HubSpot CRM records.

Build, maintain, and segment prospect and audience lists.

Manage workflows, contact enrichment, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards.

Ensure all prospect interactions are accurately documented and tracked.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline generation initiatives.

Assist in developing campaign messaging and targeted outreach strategies.

Support demand generation programs through list building, audience segmentation, and campaign

execution.

Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.

Meeting Generation & Handoff

Schedule qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.

Provide detailed account and contact insights prior to meetings.

Maintain communication with prospects regarding scheduling and follow-up activities.

Ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to sales engagement.

Reporting & Optimization

Track outreach performance, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution.

Analyze activity metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Provide weekly reports highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Demand
Generation, or B2B Sales.
Strong experience using HubSpot CRM for contact management, list building, reporting, and workflow
management.
Experience with account mapping and identifying key stakeholders within target organizations.
Proven ability to execute multi-channel outreach campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating personalized prospect messaging.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience managing prospect databases and audience lists.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret outreach and campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling or prospecting into marketing, advertising, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or technology
organizations.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting platforms.
Experience supporting demand generation or marketing campaigns.
Understanding of AI-powered research and prospecting tools.
Experience building outbound sales processes and CRM workflows.
