Regional Customer & Sales Support Operations

Your role
- You work closely with sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders
- You maintain accurate customer data and system notes
- You communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing
- You accept customer purchase orders (including clarifications and additional information)
- You generate intercompany orders and monitor them
- You confirm customer orders and provide updates
- You liaise closely with intercompany team (CCSS) on deliveries
- You invoice customer and submit documentation as required
- You monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution
- Quality issue reporting and follow up actions as well as process return orders (as applicable) are also amongst your tasks
- You act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination
What makes you a great fit
- You have customer service experience in an order fulfilment environment
- You are experienced in order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context
- Knowledge of and experience with customs topics and incoterms are an advantage
- you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers
- you have an independent and service-oriented way of working; organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths
- you have a confident manner on the phone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- you have a good excellent command of English
