Your role
- You coordinate calibration and repair orders together with our internal sales team and international service centers
- Keeping an eye on turnaround times and other key performance indicators (KPIs), you help ensure efficient and reliable service processes
- When it comes to questions about our international service processes, you are the central point of contact
- As the internal link between sales, technical support, and the testing department, you help ensure smooth collaboration across teams
- Organizing and coordinating shipments is also part of your role

- You have completed a commercial or technical education or bring relevant professional experience
- Communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
- With your strong service mindset and organizational skills, you stay on top of multiple topics while working in a structured way
- You communicate confidently in both English and German, written and spoken
- Experience with ERP systems and a good technical understanding are an advantage
