We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Bancassurance department as a Cluster Sales Manager-Banca. This role will oversee the sales and distribution strategy for the Orissa Gramin Bank (OGB) cluster, which includes 1003 branches and currently has 17 regions and 8 reporting relationship managers (RMs). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our presence and market share within OGB, with plans to increase the number of RMs to 17 in the near future. The Cluster Sales Manager-Banca will lead and manage the Bancassurance team, focusing on driving sales and business growth for USGI Legal Entity in the Orissa Gramin Bank cluster.
