Our team manages localisation projects across varied content types and language sets, ensuring high-quality, scalable experiences for our global audience. You will run end-to-end localisation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors while driving automation and MT/AI workflows to keep our operations fast, fail-proof, and efficient.

Your Mission

Our Hiring Process

  1. Application Review: We evaluate your background in localisation project or program management, focusing on client-side experience, handling product and marketing content, familiarity with CAT/TMS tools (such as Crowdin or Phrase), and MT/AI workflow implementation.
  2. Screening Call with a Recruiter (30 mins): A brief conversation to discuss your background as a Localisation PM, daily tooling, translation/review/QA processes, vendor management experience and motivation to join Wise.
  3. 1st Stage Interview – PM Craft & Localisation Fundamentals (60 mins - in Google Meet): A conversation to surface your core fit, end-to-end localisation project management craft, tooling knowledge, vendor management, stakeholder expectation setting, and prioritisation under pressure.
  4. Final Interview – Values & Culture Fit (60 mins - in person): We will be focusing on the cross-cultural collaboration, conflict resolution, change management, and how you drive process improvements and balance speed, cost, and quality trade-offs.
