We are looking for a Senior HRIT Specialist to join our global HRIT team and take responsibility for the design, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Core Workforce domain. Your primary scope will cover Employee Central and Integrations. You will combine deep hands-on Employee Central configuration expertise with responsibility for designing integrations from SuccessFactors using technologies such as Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP, or SuccessFactors Integration Center, while supporting international rollouts and enhancements. In this role, you will help ensure that our HRIT landscape is scalable, stable, and aligned with business needs across multiple European countries.
You will collaborate closely with HR Digitalization team, Product Owners, HR, IT, integration teams, vendors, and global stakeholders. As a subject-matter expert, you will translate business requirements into robust system and integration designs, challenge proposed solutions where appropriate and provide guidance to colleagues.

- What tasks are waiting for you?
- Own complex 2nd–3rd level support and act as an escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Compensation, and Time Management
- Lead advanced Employee Central configuration, including data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and related system settings
- Design end-to-end integrations from SuccessFactors to internal or external systems, including integration architecture, data flows, interfaces specifications, mappings, error handling, and monitoring requirements, and secure handover to operations
- Drive system changes and enhancements from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Lead HRIT workstreams and contribute to international rollouts, ensuring effective governance and a smooth handover of new solutions into operations
- Advise HR, HR Digitalization Product Owners, IT, and global stakeholders while proactively improving system architecture, data quality, process standardization, stability, and adoption
- Apply today if you:
- Bring several years of strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, in a complex global environment
- Have advanced experience configuring Employee Central, including data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and complex system adjustments
- Have strong experience designing integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR, payroll, finance, or enterprise systems, preferably using Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP, or SuccessFactors Integration Center
- Understand integration architecture, data flows, interface specifications, mappings, error handling, monitoring, and data security
- Have practical knowledge of Core Workforce processes, including Employee Central, Compensation, and Time Management
- Can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and confidently advise senior stakeholders
- Communicate fluently in English and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Can lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes with limited supervision
It would be nice if you:
- Have hands-on experience with at least one integration technology used with SuccessFactors, such as Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP, or SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.
- Have experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, Time Tracking, international rollouts, or integration development and monitoring
