- Trader — Equities & Derivatives
- We’re looking for an early-career trader with fewer than five years’ experience who is currently working at a bank, market maker or buy-side firm.

- Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing market moves, positioning and catalysts to generate trading ideas.
- Executing trades and managing positions within agreed risk limits.
- Monitoring exposures, performance and changing market conditions.
- Developing tools and research to improve trading decisions.
- Working closely with the team to learn new products and strategies.

- Delta One or dividend trading.
- Index volatility.
- Exotic derivatives.
- Dispersion strategies.
- Event-driven or special situations strategies.
- Index rebalancing.
- We welcome candidates from banks, market makers and buy-side firms, including those working within specialist trading pods.
- What we’re looking for
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Sound risk judgement and a disciplined approach to trading.
- Curiosity about markets and a willingness to learn beyond your current specialism.
- The ability to make clear decisions under pressure.
- Ownership of your work and an ability to collaborate effectively.
- Coding or data-analysis skills would be useful.
- You don’t need experience across every area listed. We’re looking for someone with strong foundations and the potential to develop into a versatile trader.
