Group E-Commerce Internship Assessment Day

Your role
We are looking for candidates in the following macro-areas:
E-Commerce Operations
The E-Commerce Operations team ensures the seamless execution of online business activities, from order fulfillment to customer experience. By monitoring performance and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, the team drives operational excellence and supports sustainable business growth.
E-Commerce RX
The RX team focuses on enhancing the online experience for prescription eyewear customers. Working across business and technology functions, the team develops innovative solutions that simplify the purchasing journey and improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and accessibility.
E-Commerce Roadmap & Delivery
The Roadmap & Delivery team leads strategic initiatives across the E-Commerce organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with impact. By aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, and tracking execution, the team helps transform business goals into tangible results.
Analytics
The Analytics team turns data into actionable insights that guide business decisions. Through performance analysis, reporting, and trend identification, the team helps optimize strategies, improve customer experience, and unlock growth opportunities.
The E-Commerce Management team supports the growth and evolution of the online business through performance monitoring, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, the team helps optimize customer experience, drive business performance, and deliver impactful e-commerce projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Supports the analysis of business/website KPIs, periodic price analysis, benchmarking and forecasting
- Supports the Coordinator on the recurrent reporting process to the top management
- Leverages internal and external data sources to identify gaps/opportunities
- Supports the management and control of the website pages, assuring a perfect “quality check” of the website and of the user experience
- Partners with Analytics, Site Merchandising, Operations, UX, CRO, and Program Manager to support the strategic planning, testing, and execution of initiatives
- Oversees tasks and projects implementation, takes part in testing sessions
Main requirements:
- Strong numerical competence and analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to work under deadlines
- Working with data from multiple sources
- Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and willingness to learn BI tools is a plus
- Experience with Power BI desirable but not essential
- Passion for E-Commerce and the digital world
- Digital marketing basic knowledge
- Effective communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Good exposure to AI tools and technologies is a plus

Salary Package
- 900 Eur Gross per month
