Your role
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Brand Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans, supporting team goals and objectives
- Manage and organize marketing assets, supporting the creation and localization of marketing materials
- Assist in implementing new sales catalogs, promotional materials, and product launches
- Support the team in planning, executing, and following up on events, roadshows, and conventions
- Coordinate with the PR agency to define content for trade press and develop engaging DEM campaigns
- Support internal reporting and presentations for management
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales
Main requirements:
- Educational background in Marketing, Economics or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience, ideally in Healthcare, Wellbeing or Cosmetic industries
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Proactive mindset with analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh, innovative ideas
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Motivation and genuine interest in marketing and brand management
- Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and English (fluent)
