The hotel has been part of the Marriott International family since 2021.
Located right in the heart of Berlin, between Ku’Damm and the Brandenburg Gate, the hotel offers 500 guest rooms and suites, as well as meeting and conference rooms that can accommodate up to 2,500 people in total—providing ample space for a wide variety of events. It also features two restaurants and a bar for culinary experiences, as well as an exclusive spa and wellness area.

- You are responsible for ensuring that events are set up and taken down smoothly
- Ensuring cleanliness in the event rooms, the work area, and on the equipment
- You enjoy the preparation and follow-up work for events, which offers plenty of variety
- Putting away and storing banquet furniture
- A conference with 2,000 attendees? A lunch for 200 people? Dinner for 300? You’ll prepare every event flawlessly
- You’ll actively contribute creative ideas as we strive to become Berlin’s most successful event hotel
- You work independently
- You maintain close collaboration and communication with the service team in the spirit of “OneTeam-OneDream”

Initial experience in banquet/setup, ideally at a venue of similar size, is a plus
A warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
Engaging communication and presentation skills in German and English; any additional languages are a plus

An organized and structured approach to work with an eye for detail
