Job Description:

The Specialist, Channel Marketing plays a key role in driving business growth through the development and execution of channel marketing initiatives at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. This role supports a variety of B2B marketing activities, sales enablement programs, and client engagement initiatives, with a focus on Disney Youth Programs and Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Specialist will develop marketing assets, execute campaigns and events, manage communications, and provide operational support to ensure the successful delivery of channel marketing strategies and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute B2B marketing initiatives that support channel development and overall business growth.
• Develop sales presentations, marketing collateral, promotional materials, and communication assets to support business development efforts.
• Support end-to-end marketing campaigns for Disney Youth Programs and Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings.
• Coordinate and execute corporate sales events, partner engagement activities, and client-facing events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with business partners on new attractions, seasonal offerings, premium experiences, and resort developments.
• Manage website content updates and digital communications to ensure information remains current and engaging.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support event logistics, project implementation, and operational requirements.
• Support financial and administrative processes, including purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Manage marketing inventory and related administrative activities to ensure effective team operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, event management, tourism, hospitality, travel trade, or related industries.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, or client-facing events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
