Modernization Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Modernization Sales Specialist to join our team in Sofia as a key partner in growing our elevator modernization business. If you are proactive, passionate about B2B sales and consulting, and would like to develop your career in the construction industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Actively acquire new customers by identifying potential sales opportunities in the field of elevator modernization.
Provide professional B2B consulting on elevator modernization projects, including analyzing customer needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
Prepare tailored proposals that meet individual customer requirements, incorporating the latest technologies and solutions.
Conduct commercial contract negotiations and ensure agreements are executed in accordance with the agreed terms.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Actively participate in promoting KONE solutions in the market.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical services and/or modernization projects.
Previous experience in the construction industry or a related sector is preferred.
Ability to analyze customer needs and propose solutions tailored to their requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid Category B driver's license.
Good command of English is considered an advantage.
