MISSION :

Leads and coordinates multiple delivery teams to achieve successful, secure project outcomes. This involves optimizing delivery processes, integrating product lifecycle management, and aligning project deliverables with strategic goals.

They mentor and coach Delivery Leaders, drive cross-team collaboration, and implement and improve various delivery methodologies. A key aspect of their role is identifying and mitigating risks across multiple projects and fostering a security-first mindset throughout the delivery organization.

Ultimately, they aim to cultivate a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning to maximize overall client satisfaction.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :

Multi-Team Coordination:

Synchronization of multiple teams is ensured (capacities, plans, budgets are consolidated).
Alignment of team efforts with overall strategic goals is achieved.

Product Value & Understanding:
- The right product/service is consistently produced by the teams, through close collaboration with the business and frequent user feedback.
- Shared understanding of product/service value is maintained across all teams.
Efficient Delivery:
- The product/service is produced efficiently, utilizing work organization methods that maximize quality and speed.
- Delivery processes are continuously improved and optimized.
User Satisfaction & Strategic Impact:
- Elevated User Experience Across Products: Consistently delivering products/services that not only meet but exceed user expectations across multiple projects, leading to measurable improvements in user engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Strategic Alignment with User Needs: Ensuring that product roadmaps and delivery efforts across all managed teams are deeply aligned with evolving user needs and strategic business objectives, maximizing the long-term value delivered to customers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in Project management, Lean management, Change management roles with responsibility for coordinating multiple cross-functional teams across regions.
Experience managing a portfolio of projects
Proven ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments
Ability to drive innovation and lead transformation initiatives
Strong Analytics & problem solving
Skilled at influencing and communicating clearly and persuasively across levels and functions
Professional fluency in English
