Final Assembly

As a Final Assembler - Production Associate, you will assemble multiple types of components in accordance with specifications.
The Final Assembler will:
- Handle and assemble components engineered to operate under thermal conditions reaching up to 380°C with appropriate safety equipment and protocols
- Assembly of all types of components in accordance with specifications.
- Document the inspections performed in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform in a safe and productive manner in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain workstations in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or management.
Final Assembler position requirements:
- High school graduate preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write English preferred.
- Some experience in the use of the microscope preferred.
- Good vision (natural or corrected), excellent hand dexterity in both hands.
- Ability to perform in a sitting position for long periods of time and stand up as needed.
- Ability to work with washing solutions, multiplex flux, solvents, inks and paints and to perform in an environment where such chemical solutions are constantly being used.
- At times you will be required to lift up to 15 Lbs. Occasionally up to 25 lbs.
- Repeated standing, walking, and bending are required.
- Ability to perform in a production environment with unusual conditions such as high-volume noise level and dust.
- Available to work overtime if necessary, including weekends.
- Attend training sessions as required to meet standards of job-related activities relating to all HSC applications.
- Participate in cross-training efforts interfacing with other departments to acquire additional skills and knowledge for advancement.
