As a Senior Associate, Agile Program Management, you will support a highly visible engineering team delivering strategic digital platform capabilities for a leading organization in the retail industry. You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Agile delivery, helping teams navigate dependencies, improve predictability, and deliver high-impact digital experiences.

You will bring a servant leadership mindset, strong Agile and Scrum expertise, and a data-driven approach to team effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who can build credibility quickly, facilitate effective delivery, and influence teams and stakeholders without relying on positional authority.

Your Impact

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Agile planning activities, and team-level execution within a scaled Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, delivery objectives, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement by using Agile metrics, delivery trends, and team performance indicators to identify opportunities for greater effectiveness and predictability.
• Identify and remove impediments that could impact execution, delivery commitments, or team effectiveness.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and scaled Agile ways of working, adapting your approach to team and organizational needs.
• Support program-level planning and coordination across multiple technical teams, helping manage dependencies and maintain transparency around delivery.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, transparency, and ownership while creating an environment where teams can continuously improve.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional supporting technical or engineering teams.
• 2+ years of experience working within scaled Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and scaled delivery models.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use Agile metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights to assess delivery trends and improve team effectiveness.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate dependencies, and encourage accountability without direct authority.

**This is a Full- Time opportunity with all the statuary benefits per Mexican Law and is only available for candidates based in Mexico City as it requieres going to the office twice a week.**
