The Senior Integrated Agency Producer manages complex campaigns from scoping through production, post-production and final delivery. Reporting to the Head of Production, the role translates creative ambition into practical, commercially sound solutions across film, content, social, digital and other integrated formats.

The role combines hands-on production expertise with strong client service, financial control and supplier management. It coordinates multidisciplinary teams, guides developing producers and applies appropriate AI-enabled methods to improve speed, adaptability and scale while protecting craft.

INTEGRATED PRODUCTION DELIVERY

• Own production plans, schedules and deliverables from feasibility and pre-production through shoots, post-production, quality control and release.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client Leadership on production approaches that balance creative impact, budget, timing and platform needs.
• Apply agreed global and local workflows, manage dependencies and identify opportunities for reuse, adaptation and localisation.

COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL CONTROL

• Develop accurate scopes, estimates and budgets, and track commitments, forecasts, actual costs and margins throughout production.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier costs, reporting and reconciliations in line with financial controls and approved scope changes.
• Negotiate for quality and value, prevent avoidable overspend and escalate material variances through production leadership.

PARTNERS QUALITY AND PRODUCTION RISK

• Source and brief directors, production companies, post-production teams, talent and specialist partners suited to the brief.
• Oversee partner performance, technical checks and final asset delivery, maintaining creative standards and accurate version control.
• Coordinate procurement, permissions, usage rights and required legal or brand-safety reviews before content is released.

CLIENT COLLABORATION AND CAPABILITY

• Act as the primary production contact for assigned projects, communicate progress clearly and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate producers, production managers, specialists and freelancers, giving less experienced colleagues practical guidance and quality oversight.
• Contribute to pitches, share production learning and help teams adopt better methods and production models.

AI CAPABILITY AND FUTURE WAYS OF WORKING

• Apply approved AI-enabled production tools to planning, visualisation, versioning or localisation where suitable; validate feasibility, craft, permissions and costs, and measure the benefits of pilots before scaling them.
• Demonstrate effective prompting, iteration and critical evaluation. Use only approved tools and data, protect client information and intellectual property, and retain human accountability for final work.
• Share practical learning, recognise tool limitations and measure improvements in quality, speed or effectiveness; escalate uncertain or inappropriate outputs.

• At least eight years of production experience across film, content and integrated campaigns, preferably in an agency.
• Proven senior ownership of complex, concurrent productions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, rights-management knowledge and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft systems.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI-enabled production methods, with examples of quality controls, permissions checks and measurable benefit.
