The Human Resources Department covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a workplace and culture that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent. EMEA Campus Recruiting is a key area of focus within the broader HR team, supporting the firm’s continued growth across the region.

What You'll Do
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for undergraduate and graduate candidates, from sourcing and interviewing through offer management and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, build robust talent pipelines, and develop effective campus recruiting strategies.
Develop and execute innovative university recruitment strategies across EMEA, including London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Switzerland.
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and summer internship programs.
Plan and deliver on-campus and in-house recruiting events that strengthen Millennium’s university presence and candidate engagement.
Build strong relationships with candidates and new hires, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the recruiting process.
Support the planning and management of the internship program across multiple phases of the candidate and intern lifecycle.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and candidates while identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions.

What You Bring

Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and university hiring processes.
Prior Campus or university recruiting experience; financial services experience is a plus.
Ability to build trusted, collaborative partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, develop innovative ideas, and drive effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong talent attraction and candidate engagement capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
