Job Description :

The Account Executive serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing, advertising, and communication campaigns. This role partners with internal teams to manage project workflows, ensure timely execution of deliverables, maintain high standards of quality, and foster positive client relationships. The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in account management, brand building, strategic planning, and client servicing within a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for assigned clients and provide support to the Account Director and Account Manager to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, and brand requirements, while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Coordinate with internal creative, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met according to agreed briefs and schedules.
Maintain a high standard of quality control by reviewing work thoroughly to ensure accurate, error-free, and high-quality outputs.
Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation, including work-in-progress reports, contact reports, meeting minutes, and status updates in a timely manner.
Support the administration and execution of all account-related processes, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, workflows, and team collaboration.
Participate actively in internal and client status meetings, providing accurate updates on project progress and deliverables.
Demonstrate strong follow-through on all assigned tasks and maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in managing and growing client brands through the effective execution of marketing, advertising, and communication initiatives.
Gain exposure to strategic planning and account management practices through collaboration with senior team members.
Support the development and implementation of long-term account and brand strategies to drive client success and business growth.
