Mechanical Engineer, Senior is responsible for the mechanical development of eLSD systems, including requirement definition, design validation, and performance improvement, while ensuring cross-functional alignment, customer communication, and global coordination.1) eLSD Mechanical Development
- Define mechanical performance requirements for eLSD systems and support design and validation activities
- Derive design improvement directions based on test results and provide design feedback
- Ensure technical alignment across EPM, Design, Software, Calibration, and Validation teams
2) Customer Support and Technical Communication
- Report development status and support technical discussions with customers
- Prepare reports on performance test results and improvement actions
- Interpret customer requirements and align them with internal development direction
3) Global Collaboration and Development Coordination
- Collaborate with global teams such as ETC (Sweden) and BTC (Beijing), including role allocation
- Track issues and manage risks based on global development processes
