In this position...
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Racing Aftersales Specialist to support Ford Racing customer racing operations across North America. Reporting to the Global Customer Racing Aftersales Manager, this role will serve as the regional point of contact for customers, racing teams, technical partners, and distributors, helping deliver world-class service, parts support, and operational coordination throughout the lifecycle of our motorsports programs.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
This position requires a collaborative, hands-on team player who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced customer racing environment.
The successful candidate will communicate effectively across cultures and levels of the business, coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, remove operational barriers, and work within global standards and regional requirements.
Passionate about customer experience, this individual will place the customer at the center of daily decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality regional aftersales experience.
Customer racing or motorsports aftersales experience is strongly preferred, together with practical knowledge of parts, logistics, technical service, and event support.
