The CRIU Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with risk and compliance reviews in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. The overall objective is to utilize basic AML knowledge to independently review, analyze and conduct effective due diligence and investigations on higher risk cases that may be a potential risk to Citi.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using various internal and external systems and databases
- Document and report the review/investigation findings and help to prepare case files with the required supporting documentation
- Summarize, in writing, clear and concise findings of the investigation
- Inform management of issues that require escalation and interact regularly with various lines of business, other analysts/management regarding accounts currently under review
- Assist AML team with managing risks by analyzing the root cause of issues and impact to business
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AML regulations preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication in Korean
- Effectively manage Korean Regulator communication
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

주요 업무 및 책임
- 자금세탁으로 의심되는 행위 및 테러리스트 자금지원 활동을 탐지해 내기 위해 경보를 분석하고 거래활동을 조사
- AML모니터링팀의 업무처리 절차가 국내 자금세탁방지와 관련된 법규를 준수하는 지 지속적으로 확인하고 준수
- 대내외 규제 요건을 충족하기 위해 글로벌 표준 정책, 절차 및 툴을 사용하여 경보 조사를 실시
- 자금세탁행위를 방지하기 위하여, 고객의 거래를 모니터링하고, 발생한 모든 경보(Alerts)를 적절하게 검토 및 조사하며, 필요 시 감독기관앞 의심거래보고가 적시에 이루어지도록 함
- 국내외 거래모니터링 요건을 반영한 '의심거래 추출 룰' 수립을 지원하고 지속적인 추출 룰 점검, 관련 자료 및 프로세스 점검을 통해 자금세탁 위험이 효과적으로 관리될 수 있도록 지원
- 업무를 수행하는 과정에서 발생하는 주요 문제점에 대해, 부서장 및 경영진에 적시에 보고하고, 적절한 시정조치계획을 수립하고 이행하는 데 적극 참여
자격요건
- 강한 성취동기와 책임감에 입각한 업무 수행 능력
- AML 조사 업무(고객거래검토, 의심거래보고 등)를 수행한 경력
- 은행업무 전반에 대한 업무지식 및 통찰력
- 대내외 감사 대비 능력
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
근무조건
- 고용형태: 전문계약직(근무기간: 1년)
- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름
