Account Specialist (Employee Health & Benefits)

Our Commercial Risk division supports corporate clients with tailored risk and insurance solutions. As the newest member of our Health & Benefits team, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and supporting corporate employee benefits programs that have a real impact on people’s lives.
What the day will look like
In this role, you will:
- Design, deliver, and oversee corporate health and other insurance-based employee benefits programs
- Build, grow, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and healthcare providers
- Manage contracts and keep internal records accurate and up to date
- Organize and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Provide thoughtful, professional support and advice on insurance-related questions

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We know that great talent can come from many different paths. You may be a strong candidate if you have most of the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in personal insurance or a closely related field
- A higher education degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a variety of audiences
- A creative, client-centered attitude and a problem-solving approach
- Category B driver’s license and driving experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
