Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche 1 Technicien en approvisionnement & logistique pour rejoindre notre équipe outillage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les départements méthodes afin de rencontrer leur requis.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe outillage chargée de fabriquer les pièces urgentes nécessaires à la fabrication du Airbus A220.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
En tant que technicien en approvisionnement & logistique, vous serez responsable de la gestion des stocks et de la chaîne logistique pour les pièces d'avion sous haute priorité (AOG/urgentes)

Vos défis:
Valider les exigences et assurer l'exécution de la livraison des bons de commande
Gérer le placement des bons de commande et l'administration des activités connexes (réception, snags, factures, inventaire, paramètres de stock de sécurité...)
Assurer l'interaction des fournisseurs (visites sur site ou à distance) avec les équipes inter fonctionnelles pour mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives et préventives
Gérer les pièces non-qualité (Réparation, Retours...)
Fournir une visibilité globale des niveaux de stock
Votre profil:
Vous détenez un baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou en gestion industrielle OU un diplôme d’études collégiales dans les mêmes domaines, avec deux (2) années ou plus d’expériences. Toute autre combinaison jugée équivalente de formation et d'expérience sera prise en considération
Vous avez de bonnes compétences en gestion des priorités et multitâches.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels tels qu’Excel, Google suite, etc.
Vous maitrisez SAP.
Vous avez 2 à 5 d’expérience dans un poste similaire.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for supply and logistic technician to join our tooling department team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with method groups in order to supply urgent parts for our assembly line in Mirabel.
You will be part of the tooling department team responsible for manufacturing and treatment of non-conforming parts for the assembly line.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
In your role as a Procurement & Logistics Technician, you will oversee stock management and the supply chain for critical aircraft components, specifically handling AOG and urgent requirements

Your challenges:
Validate requirements and ensure the execution of purchase order delivery.
Manage purchase order placement and related administrative activities (receipts, snags/discrepancies, invoicing, inventory, safety stock parameters, etc.).
Manage supplier interactions (on-site or remote visits) with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage non-conforming parts (repairs, returns, etc.).
Provide global visibility of inventory levels.
Your boarding pass:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Industrial Management, OR a College Diploma (DEC) in the same fields, with two (2) or more years of experience. Any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be considered.
Strong priority management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in software such as Excel, Google Suite, etc.
Mastery of SAP.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
