The Supervisor. Fiberglass.I will direct the Quality team at Fiber Glass Systems L.P.'s Andrews, Texas tank manufacturing facility. This role ensures the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS) is fully operational, drives continuous improvement, and guarantees adherence to customer, internal, and regulatory standards across all processes.
We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality activities at our tank manufacturing facility in Andrews, Texas. This role will support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the facility’s Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, industry, and company requirements.
The Quality Supervisor will oversee and develop Quality Control personnel, coordinate inspection and testing activities, manage nonconforming product and corrective actions, maintain quality records, and support internal and external audits. This position will also communicate quality performance to facility leadership, serve as a primary quality contact for customers, and work cross-functionally with Production and Engineering to achieve product and process quality objectives.
