About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams while delivering ambitious business results.

Reporting directly to the Head of New Building Solutions and Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales activities across the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share by executing effective sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline.
Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, key decision-makers, and industry influencers.
Develop and execute customer engagement plans that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities, promote cross-selling initiatives, and expand the adoption of KONE's digital solutions.
Oversee sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and commercial performance to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Ensure high-quality CRM usage, sales reporting, forecasting accuracy, and compliance with global sales processes and tools.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the sales organization.
Drive talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and effective onboarding of new team members.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Native Turkish speaker with preferably a good level of English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and sales leadership/management
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and managing profitability.
Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Solid understanding of sales planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, and pipeline management.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions and interpret financial and sales metrics.
Digital mindset with enthusiasm for technology-enabled and digital solutions.
Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the respective region (approx. 50% of the time).
Resident in Antalya.
