Senior Equity Administration Analyst

This role is part of the global Total Rewards team and reports directly to the Equity Administration Senior Manager. The Senior Analyst supports the end-to-end administration of UL Solutions equity compensation programs, including long-term incentive awards, restricted stock releases, performance-based awards, employee stock purchase plan activities, controls, reconciliations, reporting, communications and ad hoc executive compensation initiatives.
The role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Procurement and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely and compliant equity administration while continuously improving processes through automation and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
