The Manager – Revenue Support will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, creating and managing battery, retrofit and AMC sales funnels. You will prepare quotes, negotiate terms, finalize orders, and ensure seamless invoice processing, delivery and installation. Reporting directly to the Branch Head, you will maintain CRM accuracy, generate revenue reports, and collaborate with field engineers and finance to maximise service revenue while delivering exceptional customer service
