Activation Brand Manager - FTC 12 months

This hybrid opportunity in Zaventem, Belgium offers the chance to help shape growth across Kellanova’s iconic portfolio in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The Activation Brand Manager will play a key role in developing winning brand and shopper activation plans, bringing consumer-centric thinking, commercial insight, and flawless execution to every initiative while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing and Sales. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Working at the intersection of brand strategy, trade marketing, and consumer activation, this role is responsible for translating business priorities into impactful market execution. The successful candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and commercial performance across Belgium and the Netherlands, helping to deliver sustainable growth across multiple categories and channels.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Shopper Activation Strategies: Manage external agencies, lead briefings, and oversee the design and development process to build effective Path to Purchase strategies.
- Developing Trade Marketing Excellence: Partner closely with the Sales team to create and execute best-in-class trade marketing plans for key retail customers.
- Driving In-Store Visibility: Develop, adapt, and implement visibility tools, point-of-sale materials, and promotional activations that increase brand awareness and stimulate sales at the point of purchase.
- Analysing Brand Performance: Monitor and evaluate monthly product and category performance, using market data and business insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Managing Marketing Investment: Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring marketing investments are effectively allocated and tracked. Manage invoice processing, maintain budget accuracy, and support strong financial governance while maximizing return on investment.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Experience in Shopper Marketing, Consumer Activation, Product Management, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management within the Benelux market.
- Proven experience developing and executing BTL plans from both a consumer and shopper perspective.
- Strong analytical skills with previous experience using Nielsen and/or IRI tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Fluency in English, with French and/or Dutch language skills required.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, tracking spends and overseeing invoicing processes.
