Process Engineer 2

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead leak & scrap reduction, and brazing operations
- New‑product launches, and continuous‑improvement initiatives
- Responsible for driving leak‑ and scrap‑reduction programs, overseeing brazing processes, and leading new‑product introductions from quotation through APQP implementation
- Develop manufacturing processes, design jigs and equipment using CAD, manage project budgets and schedules
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance production efficiency while upholding DENSO’s safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills with an ability to approach every business relationship as a partnership
- Good problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to address customer issues and partner on resolutions
- Good analytical skills
- good negotiation skills and an ability to resolve situations while maintaining a point firmly and seeking a positive outcome for both sides
- Intermediate understanding and demonstrated competency in working with computer software in mainframe applications to manipulate, analyze and reconcile data
- Ability to comprehend and apply the PDCA process so identify potential process
