Senior Manager, Merchant Success Americas – Brazil

At EBANX, we are on a mission to connect global companies with high-growth markets. As we deepen our footprint in Brazil, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Merchant Success Americas to lead the charge in growing revenue from our existing merchant base. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers responsible for expanding EBANX's share of wallet and global country expansion with some of the most prominent enterprise merchants.
What you'll do:
- Lead, drive, and inspire a team of Key Account Managers focused on growing revenue from EBANX's existing Americas enterprise merchant portfolio by increasing our share of wallet in our current operation, and expanding into new countries and products.
- Define and execute account growth strategies, portfolio segmentation, and account prioritization based on expansion potential.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal velocity, and team performance
- Personally engage with these enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for senior merchant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to identify and package expansion opportunities.
- Monitor account health and usage data to proactively spot growth opportunities and retention risks.
- Develop and track team KPIs and coaching for performance and growth.
- Report regularly on account performance and expansion pipeline using Salesforce, AI tools and analytics tools, driving forecasting accuracy and prioritization.

- Leads by example, balances strategic vision with tactical execution, and thrives in a scale-up environment.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, with a clear understanding of the difference between leadership and management.
- Curious, entrepreneurial, and results-focused and you take accountability and hold high standards.
- Cultural alignment and ability to act as a local ambassador for EBANX. .
What you bring:
- A track record in a leadership position within a commercial role (Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development) with demonstrated revenue growth via upsell/cross-sell (not only new business).
- Experience managing or leading account management/commercial teams.
- Strong payments industry experience is required.
- Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder commercial relationships
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, AI tools, and analytics tools to manage account portfolios, forecast expansion revenue, and drive process discipline.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) required; Spanish is a plus.
- Based in São Paulo, or willing to relocate there.
