Job Description

As a Business Development Assistant, you will support the business development team in identifying opportunities, maintaining client and prospect relationships, organizing business information, and assisting with daily activities that contribute to company growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, confident communicating with others, and interested in developing strong business and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business development and client outreach activities

• Assist with identifying potential business opportunities and prospective clients

• Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, and business opportunities

• Follow up with prospects and assist with relationship management

• Help prepare business presentations, reports, and internal documents

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities

• Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal team members

• Assist in tracking business development goals and progress

• Conduct basic market and company research when needed

• Provide administrative support to the business development team

• Help ensure opportunities and important follow-ups are handled efficiently
