Job Summary
The Resident Information Research Tech reports to the Residency Coordinator and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Director, Program Director, faculty, residents, medical students, and coordinators.

- Ability to locate, understand, communicate, and comply with Tennessee Board of Regents, ETSU, and Family Medicine policies, guidelines, and procedures for all activities.
- Ability to learn and efficiently assimilate new technologies, hardware, and software into daily functions.
- Ability to electronically create, store, edit, and transmit documents and photos in portable document format (pdf).
Ability to gather and compile data for a variety of purposes.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of office experience in business and/or healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of residency software, electronic medical records and scheduling software.

- Salary: Market Range 3 ($32,575.00)
